The impact that you will be making As the Manager/Sr. Manager, Performance and Automation - QA Engineering, you will be at the forefront of shaping the quality and performance standards of our products. Your leadership will drive the quality assurance strategy, ensuring that every release meets the highest standards of functionality, reliability, and scalability. What is expected in this role Lead and manage the QA Engineering team, overseeing all aspects of quality assurance across projects, from planning through execution. Design and implement Automation Test Suites using Productivity tools and technologies. Conduct Performance and Load Testing, ensuring that applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to define testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Own the end-to-end testing process, including test strategy development, test execution, defect management, and reporting. Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers. Drive process improvements and the adoption of best practices for testing and automation across the team. Monitor and track the progress of testing cycles, ensuring timely delivery of software with a high standard of quality. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues identified during testing. Maintain strong knowledge of emerging testing tools, frameworks, and industry trends.What lands you in this role: At least 12 years of experience in the Quality Assurance field, with a strong background in bothmanual and automated testing and a minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team. Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Automation QA, focusing on test automation frameworks, scripting, and tools. Proven experience with Performance/Load Testing, particularly using LoadRunner or similar tools. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and best practices in QA. Expertise in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Shell) and familiarity withCI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Selenium, etc.). Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide clear solutions. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide and grow a team. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
