The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for the sales in the USA region.
Should be able to open new leads in the region and should be able to close deals independently.
Generate new leads and direct clients for digital technology services.
End to end sales management from opening a lead to maintaining relationships to solution handling to contract negotiations.
Provide exemplary customer servicerelationship management and consultative selling.
Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.
Engage with C-level, VP and Director-level contacts of mid-size and large companies.
Attending relevant events and presenting Mobisoft s competencies in events and networking forums.
The ability to build strong customer relationships and new business pipeline generation is a key for a successful candidate.
We are looking for a self-driven individual with a proven track record in IT services sales, proactive pipeline generation, competency sales, solutions and accelerators presentations, closing deals.
Requirements
8-12 years experience in selling IT services in the digital space.
Experience in international selling to businesses in the US and other regions.
Experience selling digital services for mobile, cloud, ODC is preferred.
An excited hunter with a proven ability to close new business; prior experience growing or building sales territories.
Must possess strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Intellectually curious - you ask open-ended questions and are genuinely interested in learning about your clients needs.
Should have high energy, charisma and gravitas.
