Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in React, Node.js/Next.js, TypeScript, AWS, and relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL. A keen eye for UI/UX design is a significant plus, as we value creating intuitive and user-friendly applications.
The role involves active development using React, Node.js, Next.js, AWS, and MySQL, while also building, mentoring, and managing a small team of developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Manage a small team of full-stack and front-end developers; assign tasks, review code, and ensure delivery
- Collaborate with product owner and business stakeholders to refine technical specifications and sprint plans
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js.
- Develop and optimize database schemas and queries for MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Deploy, manage, and scale applications on AWS infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality features.
- Implement UI/UX best practices to enhance user experience.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality of the code.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with Node.js and backend frameworks (e.g., Express.js).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and API Gateway.
- Solid understanding of relational databases, specifically MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git and Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with server less architectures on AWS (e.g., Lambda).
- Knowledge of Graph QL or other API protocols.
- DevOps experience (e.g., Docker, Terraform, Cloud Formation).
- Familiarity with authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Experience with design tools like figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Ability to create pixel-perfect front-end components.
