Product Manager @ Gameskraft

Job Description

• * 3+ years of experience in B2C product management, preferably in gaming, consumer tech, or fintech
• * Proven track record of building and scaling digital products with measurable impact
• Own the product roadmap and define the vision, strategy, and goals for new features and enhancements
• * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven insights; experience with SQL, Excel, or analytics tools (eg, CleverTap, Mixpanel)* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, analytics, business, customer support and marketing) to execute product plans
• * Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle
• * Prioritize product features based on impact, effort, and alignment with business goals
• * Deep understanding of player engagement, retention, and gamification strategies
• * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• * Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• * Deeply understand player behaviour and translate insights into product innovations
