Title: Executive / Sr. Executive - NGO Empowerment

Program: NGO Empowerment
The NGO Empowerment Vertical at Nasscom Foundation focuses on leveraging technology to build a resilient and self-sufficient nonprofit sector. It aims to equip NGOs with the tools, skills, and resources necessary to enhance operational efficiency, improve impact measurement, and scale their initiatives sustainably. The vertical encompasses programs like BigTech, MyKartavya (Corporate Volunteering) and Capacity Building Programs for Non-Profits. By fostering partnerships with corporates, tech experts, and other stakeholders, the vertical empowers NGOs to navigate their digital transformation journeys effectively, ensuring they are better prepared to serve their communities and drive meaningful impact.
Core Areas of Work
Generating ideas for new content types/manuals and activities to initiate or scale up existing partnerships.
Collaborate with like-minded non-profit organizations for volunteering and BigTech engagements.
Process BigTech orders, queries escalations, monitor and executive day to day activities.
Conducting virtual and physical volunteering activities.
Support the team in documentation, tracking, and coordination with internal and external teams.
Preparing well-structured instruction manuals and flyers for volunteering events.
Maintaining up-to-date NGO and volunteer database.
Proofread volunteer submissions, collate case studies and success stories for the testimonial section.
Report accurate revenue numbers on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. As and when required involving monthly cadence calls, presentations and project plan reviews.
Adheres strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with organisation and ensure adherence to regulatory compliances and timely report submissions.
Any other organizational work as and when required.
Key Requirements
3+ years of post-qualification work experience in the social sector or relevant field
Initiative driven and curious about learning on the job
Strong ability to multitask competing priorities
A high degree of professionalism and the ability to follow instructions.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Suite
Analytical approach to work and attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to understand new technology and concepts.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
