Seeking a MERN Full Stack Engineering Lead to design, develop, and optimize scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js (MERN stack), strong architectural knowledge, and experience leading development teams in delivering high-performance applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
• Architect Scalable Solutions: Define architecture, implement best practices, and ensure high performance, security, and maintainability of applications.
• Full-Stack Development: Oversee both frontend (React, TypeScript, UI frameworks) and backend (Node.js, Express, RESTful APIs, Microservices) development.
• Cloud & DevOps Integration: Deploy and manage applications on AWS/GCP/Azure, implement CI/CD pipelines, and optimize cloud infrastructure.
• Code Quality & Reviews: Establish and enforce best coding practices, conduct peer reviews, and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.Role & responsibilities
