10 to 12 years of total experience in Implementation, configurations and support to Oracle Manufacturing Service Contract/IB/Tele Sales/Depo Repair/Field Service/ONT/WSH/BOM/WIP modules.
This role is responsible for design, document, configure, test, demonstrate and train the end users in the final solution throughout the implementation life.
Lead will act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Oracle Service Contract, IB, Tele Sales, Depo Repair, Field Service, Order Management, Shipping, Bill Of Material, WIP modules supporting the design, configuration, validation and realization of the modules delivering a solution that meets the customer s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
