Role: Salesforce Business Analyst

Shift Timings: AUS Shift (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
Girikon is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with 2 to 4 years of IT service industry experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in salesforce administration and configuration, coupled with excellent communication and documentation skills. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement,
and developing and implementing solutions.
-Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and
management.
-Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful
reports.
-Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.
-Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents.
-Preparing Weekly Status Reports and Minutes of Meeting.
-Performing user acceptance testing.
-Providing implementation demonstration to the client after each Sprint Iteration.
-Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
-Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
-Minimum experience of 3+ years as a Salesforce business analyst.
-Exceptional verbal & written communication.
-Experience defining strategy, developing requirements, and implementing practical business
solutions.
-Experience in Project coordination with high-level stakeholders.
-Proficiency with Agile development tools - Jira, Confluence, etc.
-Experience working multiple projects, multiple teams, & Clients on complex Salesforce projects
implementation and deployments.
- Experience working on Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. Non-for-profit Cloud/NPSP would
be an added advantage.
-Willing to learn new technology platforms.
