Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
• Creating and maintaining dashboards with operational and business metrics
• Prepare Business Review Presentations - perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews of current processes
• Supporting the continuous optimization of operating models and reporting practices
• Improving operational systems by analyzing current practices, including designing and writing potential modifications and support in their maintenance.
• Conducting ad hoc analysis to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues and communicate them effectively to all relevant stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst/MIS Analyst or similar roles
• Able to adapt quickly to changes in workflows and a team-player who can also work independently
• Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to problem solving
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written), including the ability to clearly communicate in a dynamic environment across all levels
• Able to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently
• Understanding of business processes and improvement methods
• Understanding of departmental policies and procedures
• Strong fundamental knowledge of calculations and Operation metrics (SLA Metrics such as Productivity, Quality,etc)
• Knowledge of:

Google Sheets/ MS Excel (PivotTable, Charts, Statistical functions and macro functions)

Advance SQL

PLX

Google Apps Script or JavaScript
