Position: ServiceNow Specialist (6+ Yrs Experience)

Location: Pune / Indore, and Remote

What Youll Do
- Lead and implement end-to-end ServiceNow modules including:
- ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, CSM, GRC
- Configuration, Asset, Change, Incident, Release & Knowledge Management
- Design and script Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Pages, and Scheduled Jobs using JavaScript.
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog Items and associated workflows.
- Work on both client-side and server-side JavaScript, using ServiceNow APIs for system enhancements.
- Build and enhance Service Portal components using AngularJS.
- Configure and support CMDB, Asset Management, and Discovery Modules.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST, SOAP, AJAX, MID Server.
- Create and customize complex workflows and custom activities for process automation.
- Develop data pipelines including Import Sets, Data Sources, Transform Maps, and Transform Scripts ensuring data integrity.
- Analyze business requirements, define solutions, and support development and deployment.
- Stay updated on new platform capabilities and recommend customer-focused enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementation and development.
- Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITBM, and custom application development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript scripting within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Strong integration experience using Web Services (REST/SOAP) and MID Server.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience with ATF, upgrade planning, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent client-facing communication and requirement-gathering skills.
Certifications (Mandatory)
- ServiceNow CSA Certified System Administrator
- CAD Certified Application Developer
- CSI Certified Implementation Specialist (Any one specialization)
Nice to Have
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Experience in Agile project environments
- Exposure to Virtual Agent, GenAI integrations, or predictive intelligence in SNOW
- Knowledge of Data Archiving, Performance Analytics, or Workforce Optimization
