Job Description

Job Summary:

Were looking for a Remote Support Engineer to provide technical support for servers, networking, POS systems, hardware, software, and applications. Youll troubleshoot issues, configure systems, replace hardware, and deliver excellent remote support to users.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and troubleshoot servers remotely.
• Support POS hardware and software.
• Provide desktop and application support remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Guide hardware replacements and maintain asset records.
• Use remote tools and ticketing systems to manage support requests.
  

Requirements:

• 2+ years in IT support with server, networking, and POS experience.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, networking basics, and remote support tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
