Product Designer / UI/UX Designer @ 3clogic

Job Description

1.User Research & Analysis
Conduct usability testing to gather deep insights.
Synthesize findings into personas, customer journey maps, and user flows.
2.Product Design
Translate complex SaaS features into clean, accessible, and efficient user interfaces.
Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma
Work on responsive design systems across web and desktop environments.
3.Collaboration
Work closely with Product Managers to define product goals and feature requirements
Collaborate with engineers to ensure the feasibility and accurate implementation of designs.
Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and design reviews.
4. Iteration & Validation
Rapidly iterate designs based on feedback, data, and changing business needs.
Use analytics and feedback to validate design effectiveness.
5. Design Systems & Standards
Contribute to and help maintain our design system and UI component libraries.
Advocate for consistent and accessible design across the platform.
