Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and maintain JIRA projects, workflows, schemes, and dashboards.
• Automate JIRA tasks using scripts and JIRA automation rules.
• Implement and manage JIRA integrations with other tools (e.g., Confluence, ITSM Tools, O365, etc.).
• Customize JIRA to improve project management capabilities, reporting, and team collaboration.
• Develop custom JIRA plugins and scripts using Atlassian SDK, & REST APIs.
• Work closely with project managers and teams to optimize workflows and process automation.
• Manage JIRA security settings, permissions, and roles for different teams.
• Provide technical support, training, and documentation for JIRA users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve JIRA-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Familiarity with JIRA Service Management (JSM) and ITSM frameworks.
