Senior SAP ABAP Consultant Workflow & S/4HANA
Experience Required:

PAN India (Hybrid 12 days/month in-office)
Notice Period:
Immediate to 15 days max
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP ABAP Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Workflow and strong experience working on the S/4HANA platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-performance solutions in SAP ABAP and Workflow to support business processes in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom applications using SAP ABAP on S/4HANA.
- Design and implement SAP Workflow solutions (standard and custom).
- Work with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Create technical specifications, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
- Develop and expose services (OData, RFC, BAPI) for Fiori/UI5 applications.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing ABAP code and workflows for performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/DevOps environments.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP (Reports, Enhancements, Exits, BADI, BAPI, IDoc, ALV)
- Hands-on expertise in SAP Workflow (custom workflow creation, event handling, task configuration)
- In-depth experience with S/4HANA ABAP (CDS Views, AMDP, OData, Embedded Analytics)
- Forms: Adobe Forms / Smart Forms / SAP Scripts
- Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
- Integration knowledge (ALE, IDoc, RFC, BAPI)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Work Mode:
- Hybrid: 12 days per month from the office (PAN India flexibility)
Interview Availability:
- Preferably between 3 PM to 6 PM on weekdays
Additional Information:
- Strong preference for candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period
- This is a senior-level role, and the candidate is expected to work independently and take initiative
