Recruitment : Data Entry : To maintain candidate CVs database Campus Recruitment : Coordinate and support in campus hiring activities as per recruitment policy.
HR OPERATIONS : Coordinate for opening Salary Accounts of New Employees Coordinate with Admin Department for issuing Identity cards & Visiting cards to new joiners Coordinate with IT Department for setting up of email ids for the new joiners as per requirement and maintains email IDs in the HR Data Data Entry to maintain and update Employee data in digital format (personal details, professional details, change in contact details, salary information, designation etc.)
Onboarding : Assist in preparing weekly / monthly list of joining candidates (with DOJ, Designation, Reporting Manager, Location, Project, Contact Number, etc.) Complete new hire documentation and share the same with Compliance and Payroll Team for further process
MIS Report : HRIS : Coordinate with sites to maintain HRIS for all the employees and new hires. Verify the filled HRIS sheet for accuracy.
