Our Client provide services in the Energy Sector, Financial Advisory, Land Procurement and Conversion, Risk Management, Tender and Procurement, Tax and related
Position: Admin/HR Assistant
Location: Ahmedabad
Work Timing: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM ( Monday to Saturday)
CTC: 18 - 20K
Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Graduation
Experience: 0-1 year
Key Skills:

Drafting Offer/Appointment/revision letters, to complete joining formalities of employees.
Schedule interview, follow up with candidates.
Maintain Attendance records, Salary sheet preparations.
To look after statutory compliance PF, PT, Municipal tax.
Scrutiny of Employee reimbursement claims.
To look after stay and vehicle arrangement of Guests/outside employees
Maintain stationary records, sending and receiving vendor invoices and keep track of the same.
Co-ordination with IT person for issues related to networking, printer.
Co-ordination with local vendors for office/Guest housework.
Maintain and update social media handles of the company.
