Job Role: Presales Analyst/Senior Presales Analyst

Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad

Work Mode: Hybrid

Experience: 4 to 7 years

Job Overview:

As a BA Customer Success, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

  • Identify the solution for client problem statement.
  • Build professional relationships and adopt flexible approach to work.
  • Responsible for working with clients in delivering consulting services, work closely with client account leads in identifying new transformational opportunities with accounts, and develop proactive proposals to contribute to overall account growth and client success.
  • Actively participate in client presentations, proposal walkthroughs, demonstrations to convey CitiusTech solution and value proposition.
  • Work with customer delivery and field teams and educate on roadmaps and delivery.

Desired Technical Skills:-

  • Customer Success Health Plan Consulting Reporting
  • Healthcare such as Payers, that is, Health Insurance preferably in the US market as Healthcare Consultant
  • Defining themes, epics, stories for requirements, experience of working in Agile Scrum
  • SDLC process
  • Strong communication skills
  • Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
