Required:
1. Education - BE / BTech any specialization
2. 5+ years of contact center experience
3. 3+ years of experience in working with state/central government projects
4. Experience of defining the standard operating procedure (SOP) for contact centers
5. Experience of managing call center operations
6. Preferred contact center certification
