. 3+ year of proven experience in Bench sales in the US IT staffing, we'll versed with marketing bench consultants. . Checking for right requirements that match our consultant profile in various job boards and social networking sites. . Marketing the consultant resumes on a C2C basis with tier 1 companies . Responsible for quality submissions converting them into interviews. . Searching the requirements from portals, groups and own contacts . Searching, qualifying requirements, scheduling interviews, rate negotiations, and placements. . Excellent communication skills are a MUST. . Overview of technologies like java , dotnet , web , devOps etc . Good understanding on bench sales and marketing . Understanding of types of work visas in the USA and also Tax terms. . Willing to work in US timings (Nightshift) . Responsible for negotiating with the Vendor and clients, regarding the bill rates on w2/1099/CTC basis.
