Technical Manager Immediate Joiner | 12-Month Contract | Consulting Industry |

Location: Delhi

We are hiring a Technical Manager on a 12-month contractual basis for a leading consulting firm. The ideal candidate must have experience in Government IT projects, strong project leadership skills, and the ability to manage both technology and teams. High performers may be considered for long-term extension.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage technical projects, including resource planning, budgeting, and progress tracking.
2. Develop, integrate, and maintain software frameworks, web applications, APIs, and data systems.
3. Ensure database/data warehouse performance, reliability, and data integrity.
4. Translate business goals into clear technical requirements and actionable project plans.
5. Oversee network and system architecture design, including server, storage, and NOS planning.
   

Key Requirements:

1. B.E./B.Tech in IT/CS with MCA/M.Tech or equivalent qualification.
2. 10+ years of experience in IT, with mandatory exposure to Government projects.
3. Proven expertise in client interaction, team management, and project delivery.
4. Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate cross-functional tech teams.
5. Hands-on experience (preferred) in open-source technologies (e.g., Java/Python, Angular/React, PostgreSQL).
   

Note: This is a 1-year contract role, with potential for extension based on performance.
