Job Description
Job Summary:
The Business Presentation Specialist is responsible for designing and formatting high-impact marketing materials, including business presentations, proposals, templates, and marketing assets. This role requires collaborating with the CTG/Cegeka Global Marketing Teams across Americas and Europe to shape how our brand communicates visually with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Design internal and client-facing presentations and proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, ensuring clarity, visual impact and brand consistency
- Create visual storytelling elements that make complex IT services and solutions easy to understand
- Collaborate with local and regional marketing teams to develop visually engaging materials that support global marketing communications and campaign initiatives
- Design marketing assets studies, whitepapers, brochures, website visuals, and social media graphics, tailored for B2B technology decision-makers and enterprise clients
- Optimize marketing materials for print, digital, and live presentation formats, ensuring a professional aesthetic and adhering to our corporate guidelines
- Provide occasional support for video assets creation on an on-demand basis
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, design best practices, and innovative ways to present content effectively
- Execute tasks assigned by team and management in a timely manner
- Develop and manage strong relationships with our digital and print suppliers ensuring that deliverables meet the exact requirements specified
Qualifications & Skill-sets:
- 4+ years of experience in Presentation Design, preferably in a B2B or corporate environment.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, with strong formatting and design skills; portfolio examples strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential.
- Familiarity with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into visually engaging designs
- Good communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Detail oriented, positive attitude, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic, a self-starter mentality, and the ability to work both independently and within a team
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Experience working with B2B technology businesses strongly preferred
- US and European business market experience a strong plus
- A portfolio (PDF, website, or Behance) showcasing your design workPowerPoint
