Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer with 1-5 years of
experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong
understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to create intuitive,
visually appealing, and functional interfaces. This role involves working closely with
product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring our digital products
to life.
Responsibilities
- Design and Prototype: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity
designs for web and mobile applications.
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand
user needs and behaviors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product
management and engineering, to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Iteration: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and
testing.
- Guidelines: Maintain and enhance our design system and ensure
consistency across all products.
- User Flows: Develop user flows, journey maps, and personas to guide the
design process.
- Tools: Utilize design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar to
create and share design assets.
- Motion Design: Incorporate motion design principles to enhance user
interactions and engagement.
- Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and
technologies.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process,
problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, including examples of motion
design.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma,
Adobe XD, etc.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Knowledge of motion design and animation tools such as After
Effects or similar.
- Bonus:
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
