Our on-site engineering hub in India architects, builds, and maintains secure, highly available infrastructure that powers mission-critical applications. Role: AWS DevOps Engineer Role & Responsibilities Design, implement, and automate CI/CD pipelines in AWS using CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy. Create and manage infrastructure as code with Terraform or CloudFormation to provision scalable, compliant environments. Monitor and optimize performance through CloudWatch metrics, alarms, and automated remediation scripts. Enforce security best practices: IAM least-privilege, secrets management, and vulnerability patching across workloads. Containerize microservices with Docker and orchestrate on EKS, promoting immutable infrastructure. Produce runbooks, documentation, and knowledge transfers to elevate DevOps maturity across cross-functional teams. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have 3+ years hands-on AWS administration and automation experience. Expertise with Terraform or CloudFormation for IaC. Scripting proficiency in Python or Bash to automate build and release workflows. Strong CI/CD practice with Git, Jenkins/GitLab CI, or AWS CodeSuite. Experience managing Docker containers and Kubernetes/EKS clusters. Solid foundation in Linux, networking, and cloud security principles. Preferred AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect. Exposure to observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
