Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Position Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Shift Timing: Day Shift

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in customer support

Education: Graduation (Any Stream)

Role OverviewWe are seeking dedicated professionals to join our Banking Non-Voice Process team. In this role, you will assist customers with their banking-related inquiries through written communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries related to:
• Account information
• Debit/Credit card issues
• Loan inquiries and interest rates
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers via chat and email.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer support.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with banking terminologies.
