Job Description

- Dealing with US/Canadian passengers over the call helping them to make the flight reservation.
- Must have experience in brand/website calls, generic/organic calls, and PPC, Meta Campaign calls.
- Generating MCO or Mark up to meet monthly targets

Required Candidate profile

- Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
- Must have more than 1 years of experience in the international Travel Process
- Candidates with work experience in the US Market would be preferred.
