Manage the execution of automated test cases and analyze test results. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the automation test environment. Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools. Required Skills and Experience: 10-12 years total experience, 6+ years of experience in QA Automation, with expertise in Selenium and Cucumber. Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch. Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automation tests. Knowledge of version control tools like Git. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
