Job Description:

Teleperformance is hiring experienced professionals for a Permanent Work From Home role in International Voice Customer Support. If you have prior experience handling international customers and seek a stable, remote opportunity with a global BPO leader, apply now!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
  
• Resolve queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
  
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with excellent service delivery.
  
• Adhere to company guidelines and quality metrics.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Must have a personal laptop/desktop and high-speed internet connection.
  
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and week offs.
  
• Immediate joiners preferred.
  

Work Requirements:

• Quiet and professional work-from-home setup.
  
• Laptop/Desktop with Windows 10 or above and antivirus installed.
  
• Broadband connection with minimum 30 Mbps speed.
