Language: English (B2+ level proficiency)
Shift: Rotational shifts based on US & EMEA time zones
Typing Speed: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy (AMCAT)
Assessment: Harver B2+ (50% or above)
Technical Requirements:
High-speed internet: Min. 100 Mbps
Mandatory power backup
Adherence to clean desk policy
