Lead UX strategy and research initiatives across multiple projects.
Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.) and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and visual design teams to bring concepts to life.
Analyze user behavior and product metrics to inform design decisions and iterate on experiences.
Advocate for accessibility, usability, and responsive design principles.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, Axure, or similar.
Solid understanding of HTML/CSS/JS fundamentals (not required to code, but understand constraints).
Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
