Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring Tally Data Entry Operators responsible for accurately entering and updating financial data into Tally ERP. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, basic accounting knowledge, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update day-to-day accounting data into Tally ERP (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, etc.).
Maintain and reconcile cash books, ledgers, and bank statements.
Assist with invoice generation and GST entries.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry and file management.
Support the accounts team with basic documentation and administrative tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate (preferably in Commerce or related field).
Proficiency in Tally ERP (Tally Prime preferred).
Basic understanding of accounting principles (GST, TDS, journal entries, etc.).
Good typing speed with attention to detail.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Proficient in Telugu (spoken and written)
