Job Description:
Responsible for developing, coaching and growing multiple teams that are embedded in the global engineering teams of various Barry-Wehmiller equipment divisions. As such must be able to understand the requirements, priorities and working norms of multiple businesses and to recruit, direct and support the growth of the offshore team members enabling these businesses success. Role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, technical knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple stakeholders and consistently deliver results.
Experience in industrial equipment and machinery such as paper, converting, packaging, textile, and discrete product machinery required.
