UX/UI Designer - Mobile & Interactive Experiences @ ibis Hotel

Job Description

• Design intuitive, mobile-first interfaces using Figma or Adobe XD
• Create interactive, gamified user flows that boost engagement and user retention
• Apply accessibility best practices (WCAG standards) to ensure inclusive design
• Incorporate motion design principles to guide user attention and enhance UX
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on real-world usage
• Deliver high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and prototypes that clearly communicate intent

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for mobile platforms
• Proficiency with Figma and/or Adobe XD
• Portfolio showcasing work on gamified or interactive UI designs
• Solid understanding of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design strategies
• Strong grasp of motion design , micro-interactions, and transitions
• Ability to create responsive layouts that perform well on various screen sizes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with design systems and component-based design
• Familiarity with prototyping tools like Framer , Principle , or After Effects
• Basic understanding of front-end development principles (to work effectively with developers)
• Previous experience in mobile gaming or interactive learning products
