UX/UI Designer @ Leading Client

We are looking for a highly skilled UX/UI Designer with 6 to 11 years of experience to join our team at Riana Advisory Services Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-centered interfaces and experiences.

• Design and develop high-quality, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces for various products and services.
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve product usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design requirements and solutions.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs to test and validate design concepts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI design principles, human-computer interaction, and user experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience working in an agile environment with iterative design processes.
