Position: UI/UX Designer
Location: On-site

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled UI/UX Designer to design and deliver seamless, user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong understanding of design thinking, an eye for detail, and the ability to transform complex requirements into elegant, intuitive interfaces and designs.

Key Responsibilities
Information Architecture: Develop site maps, user flows, and wireframes based on requirements and user feedback.
UI Design: Create visually compelling, on-brand user interfaces for websites and mobile platforms.
Interaction Design: Build interactive prototypes and define design patterns, animations, and micro-interactions.
Graphic Design: Should be well versed in creating designs for posters, social media posts and other marketing collateral.

Requirements
Experience: [3-5] years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms and Graphic Designing experience as well.
Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Technical Skills: Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic knowledge of front-end constraints.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Portfolio: A strong online portfolio showcasing user-centric design work and process.
