Job Description

You will be handling the corporate and plant Recruitments, Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and industrial relations. Ensure compliance with all labor laws (e.g., Factories Act, ESI, PF, ID Act, etc.).performance management.

Required Candidate profile

MBA/PGDM in HR , 1015 years (with at least 35 years in a plant HR leadership role), Proven experience in handling unionized/non-unionized workforce. knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
