Location: churchgate, Fort Billard estate near kala ghoda.
Monday to Friday Work from office.
2nd & 4th Saturday off.

You are not just a hostyou are the bridge between timeless luxury and heartfelt hospitality. Your role is to welcome, engage, and elevate every guest interaction to a moment they will remember.

Ambience Standards-Daily checklist completion and upkeep of boutique standards
Client Experience-Positive feedback, returning guests, and zero complaints
Internal Coordination-Timely communication with team, smooth appointment flow
Event Support-Guest hosting efficiency and brand alignment during events
Personal Grooming & Presence-Consistent alignment with luxury brand grooming norms
