Job Description

We are hiring Guest Relation executive for Indias leading luxury jewellery houses ,

that has a large clientele of national and international HNI patrons.

Over the past two decades, the company has grown into one of Indias leading purveyors of jewellery, watches and lifestyle accessories.

Location: churchgate, Fort Billard estate near kala ghoda.

Monday to Friday Work from office.

2nd & 4th Saturday off.


Role Overview

As a Guest Experience Maker (GEM), you are the first impression of The House of Rose. Your presence sets the tone for a refined, bespoke experience. You are not just a hostyou are the bridge between timeless luxury and heartfelt hospitality. Your role is to welcome, engage, and elevate every guest interaction to a moment they will remember.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Reception:
    Warmly greet all clients and visitors, offering them refreshments and creating a comfortable, elegant first touchpoint.
  • Client Engagement:
    Proactively interact with guests, assist with appointments, and introduce them to available collections or relevant team members.
  • Experience Enhancement:
    Create micro-moments of delightwhether through thoughtful gestures, sharing brand stories, or remembering guest preferences.
  • Boutique Ambience:
    Ensure the space always looks and feels pristine, welcoming, and aligned with The House of Roses aesthetic.
  • Coordination & Support:
    Assist the Sales and Experience teams with event hosting, guest list management, and VIP client coordination.
  • Feedback & Insights:
    Capture guest feedback and preferences to help the team personalize future visits and elevate the client journey.

Measurement Criteria

Guest Reception & Greeting -100% of guests welcomed within 30 seconds of arrival

Ambience Standards-Daily checklist completion and upkeep of boutique standards

Client Experience-Positive feedback, returning guests, and zero complaints

Internal Coordination-Timely communication with team, smooth appointment flow

Event Support-Guest hosting efficiency and brand alignment during events

Personal Grooming & Presence-Consistent alignment with luxury brand grooming norms


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or aviation
  • Fluent in English
  • Graceful, polished, warm personality with a natural ability to make people feel comfortable
  • Impeccable grooming and communication skills
  • Tech-friendly (basic scheduling tools, WhatsApp, MS Office)
