Tender Requirement analysis and Managements to avoid any miss/zero changes during Bid and Project phase
Technical Estimates in consultation with technical sales responsible (BRC, BOM, etc.)
Commercial Estimates.
Risk and Opportunities Management.
Finding the right Opportunities through the Tender portals (like IREPS, CPP, GEM Portal Etc.)
Monitor and follow up all bids.
Co-ordinate with other depts to get relevant information & documents for preparation of BID
Compiling of Bidding documents.
Prepare and supervise all proposals and templates for Sales
Comply with company policies with regard to business ethic and professional conduct
Create and maintain a database of the bids submitted, Order received.
Keep up and maintain filing systems for business development
Liaise with customers on bids follow up.
Liaise with other departments for day-to-day activities
Prepare Project handover Packages
Convey information to Customer effectively and efficiently.
To supervise and process any additional assignment given by the management.
SAP S4 Hana and Sales Cloud for Sales related activities.
