Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing profiles, screening, interview scheduling, coordination, and joining formalities.
  
• Support talent acquisition team in identifying and attracting top candidates through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc.
  
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews with potential candidates to assess their fit for open positions.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in HR or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement.
  
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar platforms.
