• Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, API Integration, DSA, full-stack SaaS, HL7
• Provide technical direction to local and global engineering teams 
• Lead the design/development of key automated medical coding technology initiatives
• Apply methods, concepts, and theories to new situations
• Mentors less experienced employees in fundamentals of development and technology stack
• Adapts and applies changes to local team processes to support team goals focuses on important information as determined by others
• Cooperate with the business development, product, design, and development teams to participate in product feature and design discussions
