NodeJS Developer @ VE3

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js .
  
• Build and integrate APIs with third-party services and internal systems.
  
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.
  
• Write clean, we'll-documented, and reusable code following best practices.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and bugs.
  
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
  
• Implement security and data protection measures.
  
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes.
  
• Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience as a Node.js Developer (minimum of 2+ years).
  
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern ES6+ syntax.
  
• Deep understanding of Node.js and its core principles.
  
• Experience with frameworks like Express , NestJS , or Koa .
  
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
  
• Experience with RESTful APIs , GraphQL , and microservices architecture.
  
• Strong knowledge of databases MongoDB , PostgreSQL .
  
• Proficient in version control systems GitHub .
  
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest , Mocha , or Chai .
  
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms AWS and Azure .

Soft Skills:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with serverless architectures and tools.

Experience in performance tuning and monitoring (eg, New Relic , Datadog ).

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
