Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Recruiter to join our team and help us attract and hire top-tier technology professionals. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various technical roles, including software development, IT support, DevOps, cybersecurity, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, technical skills, and team dynamics.
  • Create and post technical job descriptions on various job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' technical knowledge and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and follow-up discussions.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Build relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source-of-hire).
  • Stay up to date with current trends in tech hiring, including salary benchmarks and in-demand skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter, IT recruiter, or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of technical roles, software development life cycles, and IT infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray search, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred).
