Note- This will be a Individual contributor + Team management position

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and implement hiring strategies.
Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill talent needs.
Utilize various sourcing channels to build pipelines.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit.
Negotiate offers and oversee onboarding.
Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
Mentor junior recruiters and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

5+ years of recruitment experience.
Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
