*Make 100 to 120 outbound calls daily to potential candidates
*Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, references, and social media

Required Candidate profile

*Proven work experience as an HR recruiter
*Experience with full-cycle recruiting
*Expert in Microsoft Office
*Completing timely reports on employment activity
*Languages: English + Hindi + Telugu
