About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager/Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive growth within key accounts. This role requires a proactive, tech-savvy professional who can bridge the gap between business and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage relationships with key clients across the IT services portfolio
  • Must have experience handling US Client as part of portfolio Including Budgeting , planning , manpower utilization , Bench allocation Etc .
  • Act as the single point of contact for client communication and escalations
  • Work closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure SLAs and client expectations are met
  • Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
  • Lead client review meetings, status calls, and QBRs
  • Monitor account health, satisfaction, and renewal pipeline
  • Track account-level KPIs and submit regular reports to leadership
  • Stay updated with clients business roadmap, industry trends, and challenges

Key Requirements:

  • 10-20 years of experience in client handling/account management roles in an IT services or staffing/consulting firm
  • Education BE/ MBA from Reputed Institution
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience in managing mid-to-large enterprise clients
  • Hands-on exposure to staffing, delivery, or technology consulting processes
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts with varying priorities
  • Tech-savvy with understanding of various IT roles (Java, SAP, Infra, etc.) & Project Management Skills
  • Willingness to travel or relocate based on client needs (if applicable)

Preferred:

  • Experience in working with Tier-1 IT IT services clients
  • Exposure to global delivery models (onsite-offshore coordination)
  • Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce or ATS systems
