Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Salesforce Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, customization, and integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and other developers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and triggers.
Customize standard and create custom objects, workflows, process builders, and flows as per business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and ensure code quality by following best practices and standards.
Support Salesforce configuration, data migration, and integration with third-party applications.
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce implementations and troubleshoot production issues.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce.com development and customization.
Proficiency in Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Lightning Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL.
Experience with Salesforce configuration (custom objects, workflows, validation rules, etc.).
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing rules, and security model.
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration with external systems.
Experience in using deployment tools such as Change Sets, ANT, VS Code + SFDX.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Good to Have:
Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification.
Experience with Sales/Service Cloud, Community Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Exposure to DevOps tools, CI/CD, and test automation.
Knowledge of MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
