Role & responsibilities
1. Lead the collection and enrichment of prospect and customer data
through secondary research to maintain a robust, high-quality
marketing database.
2. Drive strategic initiatives to identify and evaluate MICE industry
events, conducting in-depth research and analysis to support market
expansion efforts.
3, Collaborate with global stakeholders to support tradeshow calling and
email campaigns, contributing to strategic planning and providing
actionable insights.
4. Partner with Sales and cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment
and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns.
5. Deliver data-driven insights and research findings to strengthen
marketing strategies and campaign planning.
6. Structure and manage complex research requests, recommending
optimal approaches to meet business and marketing objectives.
7. Conduct efficient and targeted data searches across diverse digital
platforms to support global event and campaign strategy.
8. Act as a central point of coordination among global event
stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and
execution across regions.
Preferred candidate profile
1. 5 - 7 years of experience in leading teams and fostering a culture of
collaboration.
2. Ability to lead a team and manage collaborative workflows.
3. Expert in MS Office (Excel) and robust project management skills for
navigating evolving, deadline-driven environments.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Superior communication and stakeholder management skills, with a
proven ability to partner with Sales and Sales Operations
