- Greetings from Milta! We have an opening for a Senior US Accountant / US Tax Analyst role for coimbatore location. Please find the job details below : 1) For US Accountant: Provide guidance and support to staff members involved in accounting and bookkeeping tasks Co-ordinate with clients to set up and customize QuickBooks according to their specific needs and industry requirements Oversee and manage financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting in QuickBooks for multiple clients Provide comprehensive accounting and financial advisory services to clients, leveraging QuickBooks expertise Prepare and analyse financial statements, and other financial reports Identify and resolve potential and/or existing problems with appropriate research and consulting US engagement team, if necessary Will act as liaison between US offices and India team Manage multiple clients/projects at any given time Work closely with management and alerting them of any issues, constraints, challenges etc. that may arise during work Willing to travel overseas to cater to the business needs of the company 2) For US Tax Analyst : Preparation and review experience in US Partnership, Corporate, Individual (HNIs), Various States and Local Taxes. Experienced in various tax forms 1120, 1120S, 1065 and 1040. Prepare, Review and Maintain work papers for all Tax Returns. Preparation and finalization of US Income Tax accounting and Compliance. Responsible for self-review of deliverables before handing them to supervisors. Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with team and clients effectively Work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements. Validate data and analysis for accuracy and relevance. Should be proficient in using Tax research tools viz CCH, Drake etc. Skills and Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or relevant qualification required Minimum 4+ years of related experience Proficient in Excel High level of attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and strong time management skills Ability to navigate ambiguity and complex environments comfortably Professional, flexible, and able to succeed in a dynamic environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Software proficiency: QuickBooks- Must required for US Accounting Candidates with proven experience in both US accounting and taxation will be highly considered for this role.
