Front-End Developer (Angular) @ ValueFirst

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular.

• Work with designers and back-end developers to implement UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
• Work with RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay up to date with the latest front-end development trends and technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

4+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (versions 13+ preferred).

Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with RxJS, NgRx (or other state management libraries).

Strong understanding of component-based architecture and modular development.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON for API integration.

Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.

Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).

Basic knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma).

Experience with responsive and adaptive web design.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
