Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Executive with 3-4 years of experience in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and generating leads in domestic and/or international markets for software services, digital transformation, and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.)
  • Generate qualified leads and build a solid pipeline for software development, web/mobile app services, or digital transformation projects.
  • Understand client requirements and tailor customized IT solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
  • Coordinate with technical teams for accurate project scoping and estimation
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Participate in RFP/RFQ responses, and proposal creation
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences
  • Represent the company in client meetings, events, webinars, and conferences

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in business development/sales in the IT services/software industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business targets
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions such as web development, mobile apps, cloud services, UI/UX, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and lead generation platforms
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred:

  • Experience working with International markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East)
  • Prior experience in handling B2B sales.
  • Technical background or understanding of software project lifecycles
  • Experience in selling SharePoint application services will be an added advantage.
