Job Description
Our Team The SAP TPM & Pricing Senior Analyst will be a part of an international team that designs, develops and delivers new applications for Koch Industries. Koch Technology Center (KTC) is being developed in India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function. This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build out the Koch Technology Center (KTC) over the next several years. Working closely with global colleagues would provide significant international exposure to the employees. Your Job This position will work with the Georgia-Pacific Consumer Products IT organization as a part of the Trade Management team. This is a functional role working closely with key business SMEs on day to day support of our existing SAP TPM solution, new requirements and enhancements to the solution and projects such as a Trade Promotion Optimization implementation. The selected candidate should have hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP TPM and pricing solutions and demonstrate initiative, analytical skills, and teamwork. What You Will Need To Bring With You Designing, developing, and configuring SAP TPM solutions Supporting the current TPM solution with upgrades, enhancements, and future projects Participating in future tool implementations to support Trade Promotion Optimization and Revenue Growth Management Troubleshooting customer-reported issues and assisting users with day-to-day support Analyzing complex business problems to provide solution alternatives and recommendations Partnering closely with business SMEs to deliver and support required solutions, developing systems to parallel overall business strategies Gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating requirements into functional and technical solutions Driving enhancements and contributing to projects across all phases including requirements, design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support Creating and maintaining functional specifications, configuration documents, and other documentation Developing and executing test plans including unit and integration testing and coordination of user testing Working collaboratively with an extended team of SAP functional and technical resources Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Overall relevant functional experience could range between 5 to 10 years Minimum 3 years of experience on SAP TPM systems Bachelors degree in technology/engineering related field Strong hands-on configuration experience, particularly in S4 pricing, Trade Promotions (TPM), Trade Funds (TFM), & Trade Claims (TCM) Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, solve problems relating to SAP TPM Strong verbal and written communication; Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking and innovation What Will Put You Ahead Consumer Products industry experience or process manufacturing industries SAP ABAP troubleshooting knowledge Contributed to multiple SAP TPM implementations Who We AreJob Classification
